Chines satellite claimed to have seen the plane! |
The agency released the images it described as “floating objects” in the area
where the crash is believed to have occurred. It said it was still investigating the objects to establish if they were of the plane’s wreckage.
The Chinese State Administration for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence (SASTIND) says the photos were taken at 11am on Sunday, March 9.They were taken by the Gaofen-1 satellite, and captured in the South China Sea.
The images are the second to be released after a group of images were taken purportedly to show they were in the Gulf of Thailand. It later turned out not to be true.
